What is CVE-2016-5883?

IBM iNotes versions 8.5 and 9.0 are susceptible to a cross-site scripting vulnerability that permits attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript code into the web interface. This flaw can compromise the intended functionality of the application, allowing for the potential disclosure of user credentials during trusted sessions.
