In Drupal 8.x prior to version 8.1.10, an access control vulnerability exists in the system.temporary route. This flaw fails to adequately verify the 'Export configuration' permissions, enabling remote authenticated users to circumvent access restrictions and potentially view the complete configuration export. This could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information, posing security risks to the affected applications.
