What is CVE-2016-9303?

The Autodesk FBX-SDK prior to version 2017.1 is susceptible to multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities. Attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code or trigger an infinite loop condition by feeding malformed FBX format files into the SDK. This can lead to severe disruptions in applications relying on proper handling of FBX files.
