What is CVE-2016-9410?
MyBB, a popular open-source bulletin board software, is susceptible to vulnerabilities that allow unauthorized remote attackers to gain access to sensitive database information. This risk is particularly present in versions prior to 1.8.7, where attackers can exploit vulnerabilities in template handling to expose critical data stored within the database. The MyBB Merge System is also affected by this issue, potentially compromising user data and application integrity.
