What is CVE-2016-9990?
IBM iNotes versions 8.5 and 9.0 are susceptible to a cross-site scripting vulnerability that permits attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript code into the Web User Interface. This issue can be exploited to manipulate the standard functionality of the application, potentially leading to unauthorized access and the exposure of user credentials during a trusted session.
