What is CVE-2017-11317?

The Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX contains a vulnerability in its RadAsyncUpload component, which employs weak encryption methods. This flaw enables remote attackers to upload arbitrary files, potentially leading to unauthorized remote code execution on affected systems.
