What is CVE-2017-11508?

The vulnerability exists in Tenable's SecurityCenter (versions 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.5.2) due to improper handling of user inputs in the password field. Authenticated users with adequate privileges can exploit this flaw by injecting a malicious SQL query during diagnostic scans. This attack could grant unauthorized access to sensitive information, thereby compromising the security of the system.
