What is CVE-2017-1156?

IBM WebSphere Portal versions 8.5 and 9.0 are susceptible to an open redirect vulnerability, which could allow remote attackers to execute phishing attacks. By tricking users into visiting specially crafted sites, attackers can manipulate URLs, leading victims to malicious websites that mimic trusted ones.
