What is CVE-2017-1199?
IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server versions 10.0 through 11.6 are susceptible to a cross-site scripting vulnerability. This issue enables attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript code into the web interface, potentially compromising the user's session and leading to unauthorized access to sensitive information. Such an attack can occur within a trusted session, resulting in the disclosure of credentials and other personal data, thereby posing a serious security threat to users.
