What is CVE-2017-12072?

An XSS vulnerability exists in the PixlrEditorHandler.php component of Synology Photo Station software. This flaw permits remote authenticated users to inject malicious web scripts or HTML content through the 'id' parameter. Exploiting this vulnerability could lead to an array of attacks including session hijacking and the delivery of malware.
