What is CVE-2017-12366?
A security flaw in Cisco WebEx Meeting Center permits an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack. This stems from inadequate input validation of certain parameters sent to the web server. To exploit the vulnerability, an attacker may lure a user into clicking a malicious link or intercept a request to inject harmful scripts. A successful exploit can lead to arbitrary script execution within the affected web interface, compromising sensitive browser-based data.
