What is CVE-2017-13079?
This vulnerability in Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA and WPA2) allows an attacker within radio range to exploit the four-way handshake process, enabling them to reinstall the Integrity Group Temporal Key (IGTK). By successfully executing this attack, the attacker can spoof frames from access points to connected clients, compromising the integrity of wireless communications and potentially leading to unauthorized access.
