What is CVE-2017-14975?
The FoFiType1C::convertToType0 function in Poppler 0.59.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability due to an uninitialized data structure. This flaw may allow attackers to exploit the vulnerability to cause a denial of service, affecting the stability of the document processing service.
