What is CVE-2017-15809?

A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was identified in phpMyFaq prior to version 2.9.9, which could be exploited through the admin/tags.main.php page. By sending a crafted tag, malicious users could execute arbitrary scripts in the context of the user's session, potentially compromising the application and leading to unauthorized actions.
