Summary

An issue exists in Adobe Acrobat and Reader due to a buffer over-read in the JPEG 2000 module. This vulnerability occurs when an invalid JPEG 2000 input code stream is processed, leading to erroneous pointer arithmetic that points outside valid memory locations of the buffer. This flaw may expose sensitive information, including object heap addresses, potentially compromising user data security.
