What is CVE-2017-17221?

The Import Signal Tone function in specific Huawei eSpace models has a vulnerability that allows remote code execution by authenticated attackers. By exploiting insufficient packet verification, an attacker can send crafted packets to execute arbitrary code on the device after the Signal Tone is uploaded, potentially compromising security.
