What is CVE-2017-17308?

The SCCPX module in various Huawei models, such as the DP300 and TE series, is exposed to an invalid memory access vulnerability. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to send specially crafted packets to the affected products. Due to inadequate validation of incoming packets, a successful exploit could lead to abnormal service behavior, potentially disrupting operations.
