What is CVE-2017-17653?
A vulnerability in Quest NetVault Backup 11.3.0.12 enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without requiring authentication. The flaw stems from inadequate validation of user-supplied input in the NVBUBackupOptionSet Get method requests, which may allow attackers to manipulate SQL queries effectively.
