An access control bypass vulnerability exists in Kentico CMS versions prior to 9.0.51 and 10.0.48, allowing remote attackers to gain unauthorized Global Administrator access. This can be exploited by visiting the CMS installation page and subsequently navigating to the CMS Administration Dashboard, potentially compromising sensitive data and system integrity.
