What is CVE-2017-18123?

The reflected file download vulnerability in DokuWiki, present in versions up to and including 2017-02-19e, arises due to improper encoding of user input in the call parameter of /lib/exe/ajax.php. This flaw allows remote attackers to exploit the system, enabling them to trigger arbitrary file downloads that may lead to execution of unintended programs on the victim’s machine.
