What is CVE-2017-3398?

A vulnerability present in the Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony component of the Oracle E-Business Suite may allow unauthenticated attackers to exploit the system via HTTP. Though exploitation demands human interaction from a third party, successful attacks can lead to unauthorized access and manipulation of sensitive data within Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony.
