What is CVE-2017-5334?

A double free vulnerability exists within the gnutls_x509_ext_import_proxy function of GnuTLS, which can be exploited by remote attackers via specially crafted policy language information embedded in an X.509 certificate that includes a Proxy Certificate Information extension. When exploited, this vulnerability can lead to unpredictable behaviors, potentially enabling remote code execution vulnerabilities.
