What is CVE-2017-5336?

A stack-based buffer overflow flaw exists in the cdk_pk_get_keyid function within the GnuTLS library, specifically in the file lib/opencdk/pubkey.c. This issue affects versions prior to 3.3.26 and 3.5.x before 3.5.8, potentially allowing a remote attacker to exploit a crafted OpenPGP certificate to execute arbitrary code or trigger undefined behavior.
