The Citrix NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway contain a vulnerability in the GCM nonce generation mechanism. This issue arises from the generation of nonces that can be reused across sessions, making it easier for remote attackers to spoof data transmissions by leveraging these reused nonces. The flaw creates avenues for 'forbidden attacks,' which may compromise the integrity of data during transmission by allowing malicious actors to obtain authentication keys.
