Summary
A vulnerability exists in Cisco Remote Expert Manager Software 11.0.0 that allows unauthenticated, remote attackers to access sensitive data stored in the Virtual Temporary Directory via the web interface. This exposure is due to inadequate protection of sensitive information in HTTP responses. By sending specially crafted HTTP requests to the affected software’s web interface, an attacker can access confidential details that could facilitate further reconnaissance and increase the potential for subsequent attacks.
