CVE-2017-7518
5.5MEDIUM
What is CVE-2017-7518?
A vulnerability was identified in the Linux kernel KVM module that affects versions prior to 4.12. This flaw allows a user or process operating within a virtualized guest environment to exploit the way the KVM module processes the trap flag (TF) bit during the emulation of the syscall instruction.
