The driver for the Touch Panel (TP) in Huawei's P10 Plus smartphones exhibits a memory double free vulnerability prior to the VKY-AL00C00B153 software version. An attacker with root access can exploit this flaw by tricking users into installing a malicious application. This malicious software can initiate multiple threads that attempt to free specific memory areas, leading to a crash or potential arbitrary code execution, undermining the security of the device.
