Summary

Huawei smartphones including models Maya-L02, VKY-L09, VTR-L29, Vicky-AL00A, Victoria-AL00A, and Warsaw-AL00 exhibit a security vulnerability that allows unauthorized access to the Factory Reset Protection (FRP) feature. When an attacker targets the FRP function during a factory reset, they can exploit a security loophole using specific secret codes, enabling them to log into the configuration interface and modify Google account settings. Consequently, this vulnerability poses a risk of circumventing the FRP mechanism, which is designed to prevent unauthorized usage of a device after a reset.
