What is CVE-2017-9462?

In Mercurial versions before 4.1.3, the command 'hg serve --stdio' allows authenticated users to exploit the functionality by specifying '--debugger' as a repository name. This results in enabling the Python debugger, which can be manipulated to execute arbitrary code, potentially compromising the integrity and security of the system.
