What is CVE-2017-9602?

A vulnerability exists in the KBVault Mysql Free Knowledge Base application package version 0.16a, allowing unauthenticated users to exploit the file management component located at Explorer.aspx?id=/Uploads. This flaw enables unauthorized access to file upload and deletion functionalities. An attacker can upload malicious ASPX scripts to the Uploads/Documents/ directory, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution and compromise of the application.
