What is CVE-2017-9769?

A vulnerability exists within Razer Synapse's rzpnk.sys driver due to improper handling of IOCTL requests. An attacker could exploit this weakness by issuing a specially crafted IOCTL command, which would allow them to open a handle to an arbitrary process. This could potentially lead to unauthorized access and control over sensitive processes within the system, posing a significant security risk to users running the affected version of the software.
