What is CVE-2017-9862?
SMA Solar Technology products contain a vulnerability in the Sunny Explorer interface that allows an attacker, upon signing in with incorrect credentials, to generate a debug report. This report can reveal application details and enables the potential creation of a text file with arbitrary content, leading to information disclosure or unauthorized file access on the local system. The affected models include Sunny Boy TLST-21, TL-21, and Sunny Tripower TL-10 and TL-30.
