What is CVE-2018-0121?

A vulnerability exists in the authentication mechanism of the web-based service portal of Cisco Elastic Services Controller Software, enabling unauthenticated remote attackers to bypass authentication. This flaw arises from insufficient security measures in the portal that allows attackers to exploit it by submitting an empty password.
