What is CVE-2018-0128?
A vulnerability exists in the web-based management interface of Cisco's Data Center Analytics Framework that permits unauthenticated, remote attackers to perform stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This flaw arises from the inadequate validation of user-supplied inputs, enabling potential exploitation when a user interacts with a specially crafted link. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary script execution within the context of the interface, potentially exposing sensitive browser-based information to the attacker.
