What is CVE-2018-0129?

A vulnerability exists in the web-based management interface of Cisco Data Center Analytics Framework that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to conduct reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This issue arises from inadequate validation of user-supplied input, enabling an attacker to exploit the vulnerability by persuading users to click on a specially crafted link. Exploiting this vulnerability could permit arbitrary script execution in the context of the affected interface, potentially giving attackers access to sensitive browser-based information.
