Summary
A vulnerability in the ACS Report component of Cisco Secure Access Control System (ACS) can be exploited by unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on affected systems. This vulnerability arises from insufficient validation of the Action Message Format (AMF) protocol, enabling attackers to send crafted messages containing malicious code, executed at the targeted user’s privilege level. It impacts all Cisco Secure ACS releases prior to Release 5.8 Patch 7.
