Summary

A vulnerability in the Cisco Fabric Services of Cisco FXOS and NX-OS Software enables unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit insufficient validation of Cisco Fabric Services packet headers. By sending specially crafted packets, attackers can trigger a buffer overflow, which may allow them to execute arbitrary code or induce a denial of service (DoS) condition on an impacted device, potentially compromising network integrity.
