What is CVE-2018-1000143?

A vulnerability in the Jenkins GitHub Pull Request Builder Plugin allows an attacker with local file system access to retrieve sensitive GitHub credentials. This exposure occurs in the GhprbCause.java file of versions 1.39.0 and older.
