What is CVE-2018-1000658?

The file upload functionality in LimeSurvey versions prior to 3.14.4 is vulnerable, enabling authenticated users to upload a zip archive containing malicious PHP files. If exploited, this vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server via a webshell. The issue has been resolved in version 3.14.4 and later, following specific commits that addressed this security flaw.
