What is CVE-2018-1000659?
LimeSurvey versions up to 3.14.4 are vulnerable to a directory traversal vulnerability found in the file upload functionality. This flaw permits authenticated users to upload specially crafted zip files, potentially leading to remote code execution. Attackers exploiting this vulnerability can gain unauthorized control over the server. The issue has been addressed in subsequent releases following the relevant commit.
