What is CVE-2018-10070?

A vulnerability in MikroTik RouterOS Version 6.41.4 enables an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute a Denial of Service attack by sending a specially crafted FTP request to port 21. This request can exploit the system's resources, causing it to consume all available CPU and RAM. As a result, the router may become unresponsive and will automatically reboot after approximately 10 minutes, logging an error message indicating a forced shutdown. This vulnerability poses serious risks to network stability and availability.
