What is CVE-2018-10404?

A vulnerability exists within Objective-See's software suite, where a specially crafted Universal/fat binary can bypass third-party code signing checks. This flaw allows malicious unsigned code to execute, misleading users into believing that the code is legitimately signed by Apple. Users relying on these third-party tools may inadvertently run unsafe software, posing significant security risks.
