Summary
In CMS Made Simple versions up to 2.2.7, a remote code execution vulnerability is present in the admin dashboard's 'file unpack' operation. This security flaw allows an admin user to exploit the system by uploading a malicious .php file contained in an extracted ZIP archive. As a result, attackers could gain unauthorized access and execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the admin user.
