What is CVE-2018-11346?

An insecure direct object reference vulnerability exists in the download.cgi component of ASUSTOR ADM software. This flaw allows malicious actors to reference the 'download_sys_settings' action and manipulate the act parameter to access arbitrary files throughout the system.
