What is CVE-2018-12421?
LTB (LDAP Tool Box) Self Service Password prior to version 1.3 is vulnerable to improper input validation, allowing an attacker to change a user password without the need for the old password. This vulnerability arises due to improper handling of the ldap_bind return value and lack of constraints on the PHP data type, enabling maliciously crafted POST requests to exploit the system.
