What is CVE-2018-12592?
The Polycom RealPresence Web Suite has a vulnerability that fails to immediately disable a user's video feed upon joining a meeting, even when the user has selected the option to turn off their video. This oversight allows attendees to potentially see the user's video for a brief period, compromising their privacy and meeting confidentiality. Users must ensure their cameras are completely disabled prior to joining to protect against unintentional exposure.
