In Apache OpenMeetings versions 3.0.0 to 4.0.1, insufficient access controls exist for CRUD operations concerning privileged users. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers to perform unauthorized actions, such as denying service to privileged users, without requiring additional authentication.
