What is CVE-2018-1286?

In Apache OpenMeetings versions 3.0.0 to 4.0.1, insufficient access controls exist for CRUD operations concerning privileged users. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers to perform unauthorized actions, such as denying service to privileged users, without requiring additional authentication. The flaw stems from a lack of protective measures around these operations, which compromises system integrity and user access.
