A security flaw in the Synology SSL VPN Client prior to version 1.2.5-0226 allows remote attackers to exploit a lack of administrator control over security settings. This vulnerability can be leveraged to conduct man-in-the-middle attacks through manipulation of the command, hostname, or port parameters in client.cgi, which may compromise user data and network integrity.
