What is CVE-2018-1394?

IBM Rational products are susceptible to a cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows malicious users to inject arbitrary JavaScript into the web interface. This exploit could enable attackers to manipulate the user experience and access sensitive information, including user credentials, within an authenticated session. The attack takes advantage of improper input validation, leading to unauthorized script execution in the browser of the affected user.
