What is CVE-2018-16713?

The IObit Advanced SystemCare application contains a vulnerability in its driver modules, Monitor_win10_x64.sys and Monitor_win7_x64.sys, which allows for the execution of unauthorized IOCTL commands. This can enable attackers to manipulate buffers with user-defined content, potentially leading to execution of arbitrary instructions and exposing sensitive system information. This issue presents a significant risk to system integrity if not addressed.
